We had a really great stay in mid February.
The room was recently renovated and great-sized, included down pillows. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in our room.

The staff was extremely attentive and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and modern, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to a walking trail and a boathouse nearby.
The prices for drinks at the bar and pool were quite high, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the lobby was under construction during my visit, but the staff made efforts to minimize any inconvenience and provided a complimentary breakfast to make up for it.

The care of bringing flowers to our table was spectacular, and the staff was extremely courteous.
The shrimp in the ceviche were whole and outportioned the yellowtail 2-1. They also appeared to be either from a can or frozen given the size and uniformity. Based on the appetizers we left and went to Comedor instead.

We had an early check in, the staff was exceptional. Our room was immaculate, new-fashioned, with great view, great soaps. Top-notch service, though a few employees were poorly trained.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the lobby to my room. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony view of the lake and city, perfect for relaxing with a drink or my morning coffee. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of downtown and so close to the convention center. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

Booked it for our weekend and had a superb stay here. The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, overlooked the river. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the room was new-fashioned and immaculate. Had mixed drinks in the main bar in the evening.
The area was a bit disappointing.

The room was quiet and serene, with a lovely balcony view. The housekeeping staff was exceptional, providing specialized care for allergies. The valet staff and front desk were great, and even provided amenities for my pet. The location and setting were beautiful, with a variety of nearby bars and restaurants.
